Bank Transfer

A standard bank transfer to be made at a bank, post office or conveniently via the personal home banking platform. As soon as the order is completed the Customer receives an e-mail with the bank details to which the payment should be made. When the payment is received and confirmed (24-48h, excluding holidays) the Customer receives a confirmation e-mail.

Credit Card Payments

We accept the following credit/ debit cards in our shop: VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club INTERNATIONAL, Discover, American Express and Maestro.

If you decide to cancel your order with us, you will receive a refund for your order total. If your bank who issues your credit card requires additional payments for foreign transfers, this shall not be covered by us.

PayPal

PayPal is a risk-free payment method for your online purchases. You only have to submit your payment information (bank or credit card details) once to your PayPal account. Payments are immediately recognised and forwarded to the seller, so you can receive your products faster. This payment method is very secure as your sensitive data (bank or credit card details) are not disclosed to the seller. Thanks to PayPal's buyer protection, you will be refunded if the ordered product is not delivered or is different from the description.*

Google Pay

Google Pay is an innovative payment system developed by Google, allowing you to pay for your shopping via Android phones, tablets or watches. By connecting your credit or debit card with the payment method, you are able to make your purchases comfortably and efficiently.

Google Pay is utterly safe as it does not send any card details to a retailer, instead, a virtual account number is created to represent the user's account information. Customer payment information is kept private, issuing a one-time security code with each purchase.

Pay in 3 interest-free instalments: divide your payment into 3 interest-free instalments to spread the cost of your purchase over time. The first payment is made when you place your order. Cash on delivery payment

Payment in cash or cash on delivery is not offered.

*paying directly without going through the shopping cart using these methods (PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay) will not allow you to enter a different shipping address from the one indicated in the account, nor will it allow you to choose additional services, as you will be redirected to the financial partner's site.

Payment is charged at the time the order is placed and prior to shipment. By completing the purchase, the customer expressly accepts this payment condition.
